I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, am Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Certified, and a mama of 2 little boys. All of the meals are designed to help to balance hormones through incorporating all of the Macro's (Protein, Carbs, Fat), reduce snacking, give you energy, and naturally promote weight loss.

  • Do the 6 Month Meal Plans Include Calorie Counting?

    No they do not, as I teach on portion control and intuitive eating. I do however have Flexible meal plans ( 1 week included in the program) that have calorie and Macro's included.
