Hi Mama! My name Is Hannah and I'm so glad you're here.

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Instructor

I am a happy mama of 2 baby boys named Noah and Elijah. Aged 2 and 5 months. I am married to a wonderful man named, Lucas, and I couldn't be more happy to have the opportunity to be a stay at home mom. When I was 18 I was diagnosed with asthma. I would get sick multiple time a year with bronchitis, pneumonia, and felt like I couldn't live life the way I was.

When I was 20 I decided to take action and figure out how to be healthier and control my asthma naturally.

I researched and researched and learned one thing. Exercise actually CONTROLS my asthma! When I am active I strengthen my lung capacity. Not only that, but eating healthy also helps it. By making the proper lifestyle changes, I am able to rarely use my puffers.

But I realized this wasn't quite it.

I then decided to go to school at CSNN in Kelowna, B.C. to study holistic nutrition. This is where I learned soo much about how to naturally work with my body rather than against it. I can now say its been years since I've had bronchitis!

I became pregnant in March, 2020 with my son and was lost on how to be able to exercise throughout my pregnancy.

I then decided to study Prenatal + Postnatal Fitness and learned so much more about a womans changing body in pregnancy and even into motherhood. Going into motherhood I used what I learnt and continue to do so today. I decided to create a Fit Mama Program that helps mom to recover, and get back onto the road of health. The program is for moms just have given birth, or even years later! I also added in 6 months of Meal Plans just recently because eating healthy and being active go hand-in-hand with wellness.
